Online Banking & Bill Pay changes
When you log into our Online Banking and Bill Pay system beginning Sept. 3rd, you will see a new and upgraded format for Bill Pay with new services available for you to enroll in.
These new services are:
PopMoney, a person to person transfer service;
A2A, an account to account transfer service from your accounts here to your accounts at other financial institutions; and
Electronic statements.
Please note, as a result of our computer conversion, account histories from months prior to September will not be available. All new account history beginning 09/01/2019 will be available for viewing. If you have a question about a transaction that occurred prior to 09/01/2019, please contact us and we will provide that information to you or we can mail you a copy of your account history or statement.
Also, your account numbers will display in a new format but this will have no impact on how you use your account or on how your account functions. If you would like to label your accounts with a name or other identifier, select that account under Bank-IT, select Account Details and update the information displayed in the Nickname field to whatever you wish it to be.
TellerLine Users:
The phone number to access TellerLine has changed effective 09/01/2019 as a result of our computer conversion. The new number is 1-800-579-8230. For your first call in, members will need their full account number (ex: 12345-011 needs to entered without the dash) and the last four digits of the primary accountholder’s SSN for the PIN. You will then be prompted to select a new PIN. If you have questions or problems accessing the system, please contact us at 1.850.227.1156.
