At Emerald Coast Federal Credit Union we offer more than just great rates. We also offer a variety of free or low cost extras that help make life easier. Our goal is to be your primary financial institution, and as such, we are determined to bring you the very best service. Our list of services include:

Direct Deposit

Have your paycheck, social security, pension, etc. electronically deposited into your account. No more waiting in line for a teller or worrying if the mail reached us on time. To begin your direct deposit, simply contact your payroll office with your account number and the following information:

Payroll Deduction

With payroll deduction you may have a set amount deducted from your paycheck each pay period and sent directly to your account here for deposit. Ask your payroll office about this convenient service or contact us.

Electronic Withdrawal/Payment

Now paying certain bills, insurance premiums, etc. is easy! With ACH withdrawals you can sign up with your utility company, insurance company and more for an automatic draft to be deducted from your account. No checks to write and mail!

Automatic Loan Payments

With our periodic automatic disbursement system we can have your loan payments automatically transferred from a share or share draft account.

Money Orders

We offer MoneyGram money orders at each branch location for a small fee.

Night Depository

We have a night depository located at all of our offices for after hours deposits. Access to the night depositories are in the drive-thru lanes.

Drive-Thru Facilities

Our Port St. Joe, Wewahitchka, and Eastpoint locations have convenient drive-thru lanes for quick and easy service.

VISA Debit Cards

We offer debit cards that can be used almost everywhere VISA is accepted. With our debit card you may pay for purchases at stores or restaurants, get cash at ATM machines, or shop online! Our debit cards are also digital wallet enabled for Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. Simply add your card to your smart phone’s digital wallet for use at the point-of-sale, in-browser and in-app. It enhances transaction security and eliminates the need to physically use your card at checkout. You can also protect your ECFCU debit cards through our Mobile Banking App’s Card Management feature. It enables you to monitor and manage your debit card by providing details of where and how your card is used, receiving fraud and transaction alerts, setting spend limits and transaction controls, and more. On-Site ATMs

We have drive-up ATMs located at our Port St. Joe, Wewahitchka and Eastpoint offices for withdrawals, transfers and more.

TellerLine, Your 24-Hour Teller

TellerLine is our automatic teller line that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With TellerLine you can check your account balances, make transfers, loan payments, learn what checks have cleared and what electronic transactions have posted to your account(s). A PIN number is required for access. All members are automatically enrolled in this service. Contact us for access information to take advantage of this "helpful" teller. TellerLine can be accessed by calling 1-800-579-8230.

Notary Services

We offer notary services to members free of charge at all locations.

Fax Machines

We offer fax services at all locations for a small fee.

Insurance Products

We offer Credit Disability, Joint Credit Disability, Credit Life Insurance and Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) Insurance for certain loan products. The premiums for these coverages are included in your monthly payment. More information about these products can be obtained by contacting one of our loan officers.
